Exposure Fellowship

The City of San Diego Commission for Arts and Culture has selected John Raymond Mireles as its Photography Fellow for the years 2023/2024. Mireles will be creating a series of public exhibitions on the theme of immigration - all working towards building an inclusive regional culture that bridges newcomer and native-born communities toward shared prosperity and a common future. The shows will be open to the public beginning in the summer of 2024 at multiple locations around the city of San Diego. This fellowship is supported by a grant from the National Endowment for the Arts.
